New Hampshire School Connectivity Initiative

The New Hampshire School Connectivity Initiative (“NHSCI”) represents collaboration between agencies and organizations involved and interested in expanding connectivity and broadband services in New Hampshire in order to enhance high-speed broadband access for K-12 public schools and students throughout the state. The Initiative formally defined its goals to be:
     1. Collaborate to bring fiber to New Hampshire Schools that need broadband connectivity.
     2. Help New Hampshire Schools close the homework gap through discount broadband access from local providers and refurbished devices for low income students.
     3. Create strategies that enhance the utilization of E-Rate funds that are available to provide discounted communication services to schools and libraries across the state.
